Ingredients

  1. 1 ltr full cream tons milk
  2. 1/2 cup sabudana (soaked for 4 ars)
  3. to tasteSugar
  4. Chhoped Dry fruit
  5. 1 teaspoon ghee
  6. 1 Glass water to adjuste thikness
  7. Elaichi powder
  8. Few strands of Kesar

Steps

  1. 1

    First in a Kadai boil milk and reduce a bit for 15 -20 minute. Scrap the sides and mix

  2. 2

    Add sabudana let it cook for 10-15 minute or until soft keep studying, add in dry fruits elaichi powder desi ghee Kesar.

  3. 3

    Stirr and boil for 5-7 min, add in sugar. Let it cook till the sugar dissolve

  4. 4

    You can add water to adjust the consistency.

  5. 5

    And it can be served warm or chilled. Ready to eat sabudana kheer.
