Chicken Breast with Onion Ketchup Sauce Chicken Breast with Onion Ketchup Sauce
I tend to buy chicken breasts as they are often on sale.I wanted to increase my recipe repertoire, so I looked up the recipe called 'Burger with Cheese in Mild Onion Sauce'. I modified this recipe to prepare with chicken instead and it turned out successful. The original sauce is slightly edited with an original twist.I used 480 g of chicken breast. The onion was quite large so I used half. If it is a small onion, use a whole one.The sauce is quite strong, but if you balance out the flavor by serving it on top of lettuce, you'll be able to have lots! Recipe by Chobikoro cookpad.japan
