These malpuas are different from regular malpua, these are made with bread slices stuffed with paneer Rose peda. serve hot malpuas with chilled rose paneer Rabadi. Nutritious, healthy & delicious recipe for festivals.

Paneer rabadi: Boil milk in Kadhai. Stir continuously until it remain half. Add all ingredients of paneer Rabadi. Boil it. When milk remains 1/4 th turn gas off. Paneer Rabadi is ready. Add rose petals. Keep it in fridge.

Paneer peda: Crush paneer. Grind all ingredients of paneer peda into smooth paste. Transfer it into dish. Form a shape of peda.

Malpua : Cut 2 bread slices with round cutter. Add sugar in milk. Mix it. Dip bread slices in milk. Squeeze extra milk. Place one paneer peda on bread slice.

Then cover it with another bread slice. Press edges of bread pieces with fingers.

Heat oil/Ghee in Kadhai. Deep fry malpua until golden brown on medium flame.

Immediately Serve with chilled paneer Rabadi. Enjoy crispy hot malpua with chilled yummy rose flavored paneer Rabadi. Thank you
