Ingredients

  • 1 lbbeef hot dogs cut into 1/4 inch coins
  • 1 cupBisquick baking mix
  • 2 cupmilk
  • 4eggs beaten
  • 2 cupshredded cheddar
  • 2 tbspdried minced onion
  • 1 tbspketchup
  • 1 tspyellow mustard

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350.

  2. 2

    Lightly coat a 9x13 baking pan with cooking spray and scatter all the hot dog pieces.

  3. 3

    Mix all remaining ingredients well and pour all over the hot dogs. Bake for 40-45 min or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
