Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1-1/2 cupinstant rice
  • 1-1/2 cupchicken broth
  • 1/2 cupchopped onion
  • To tastesalt
  • 1/2 teaspoongranulated garlic powder
  • 1/3 cupbutter
  • 3large eggs

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Add butter and broth to a pan or wok and heat. Add onions

  2. 2

    Add your rice and spices stir till rice has absorbed the broth then beat the eggs and add.
