  1. 3Granny Smith Apples, Peeled and Sliced Thin
  2. 1 cupPacked Brown Sugar
  3. 3/4 cupReal Maple Syrup
  4. 3 tbspHoney
  5. 3/4 cupchopped walnuts
  6. 1 dashof cinnamon
  7. 3 tbspHeavy Cream
  8. 6 sliceBrie cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine all of the ingredients except the cream and the brie cheese in a saute pan.

  2. 2

    Cook over medium high heat until the apples are soft and syrup is thicken.

  3. 3

    Add in heavy cream

  4. 4

    Serve over yeast based pancakes and top with thin slices of brie cheese.
