Steps

Wash all the dals and soak them in sufficient water for 4-5 hours.

Discard the water and grind the dals by adding garlic, ginger, one tablespoon green chilli and water.

Add chopped onions green chilli, hing, salt and dry mango powder to grinded mixture.. Mix well.

Heat oil for deep frying.
- 5
Take one spoon daal mix and slide it in oil. Deep fry them.
- 6
Sprinkle chaat masala and serve with chutney of your choice.
