Clean fish, marinate with salt, knor cube, pepper soup spice and set aside for a minimum of 30 mins

Cut yam in to cubes wash and boil in a pot

After 15 mins, add cray fish, salt, knor cubes, Peppers and pepper soup spice. Allow to fully boil

Add fish into the pot, cook for 15 mins, add mint leaf. Taste for salt and seasoning
