Preheat oven 180°C

Prepare the pastry by mixing the flour sugar and butter

Add the egg and mix to a dough

Chill for 10-15 mins

Meanwhile make the cream

Bring milk to a boil.

Cream egg yolk and sugar until light in colour

Add the cornflour and mix well

Pour in the milk and mix well

Cook on low heat until thickens

Leave to cool. meanwhile roll out pastry and place in pie shell

Bake for 25-30 mins

Leave to cool

When both have cooled completely, pour cream on top of pie shell

Chill until serving

Just before serving add some grated chocolate
