Steps

Take cabbage (finely chopped) in one bowl. Add salt to it and keep it aside. After 15-20 min. Squeeze out all water.

Add maida, cornflour, schezwan chutney, salt and mix it. Add little water if needed. Make small balls of it and deep fry it till it gets light and starts floating on top. You can add any other vegetable. Just see if it loose water..
