Sieve flour in a container

Make a well in the centre and add the egg and milk to make a fine consistency

Heat pan and 1tablespoon oil and measure 3tablespoon of the fine consistency and cook the pancakes on both sides

Repeat process 3 till done

Can be served as a breakfast meal
