Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 2 tspground cinnamon
  • 1 tspground ginger
  • 1/2 tspground cloves
  • 4 largeeggs
  • 1 canLibby's 100% Pure Pumpkin (29 oz)
  • 2 canCarnation 2% Evaporated Milk (12 fl. oz. each)
  • 2unbaked 9-inch deep dish pie shells

Steps

    Preheat oven to 425°F

  2. 2

    In small bowl, mix sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves

  3. 3

    In large bowl, beat eggs

  4. 4

    Add pumpkin and sugar-spice mixture

  5. 5

    Gradually stir in evaporated milk

  6. 6

    Pour into pie shells

  7. 7

    Bake for 15 minutes

  8. 8

    Reduce temperature to 350°F and bake for 40-50 minutes

  9. 9

    Cool on wire rack for 2 hours
