Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 200 gramsof chicken, cut into mouth full size
  2. 150 gramsof wash and drain sour bamboo
  3. 10leaves of sweet basil
  4. 3brunch of cut dill
  5. 2brunch of cut green onion
  6. 1 tspof finally chopped galanga
  7. 1 tspof finally chopped lemon grass
  8. 2red chilies
  9. 3shallots
  10. 1/2 tspof shrimp paste
  11. 2 cloveof garlic
  12. 1 tbspof chicken stock powder
  13. 1 1/2 tspof fish sauce
  14. 1 tbspof thai fermented fish, just juice is needed
  15. 1 1/2 cupof chicken stock

  1. 1

    In the blender add chilies, galanga, lemon grass, shallots and garlic then shrimp paste blend well and set aside

  2. 2

    Put chicken in the pot add blended mixture and add fermented fish into the pot

  3. 3

    Cook everything in the pot on high heat keep stirring till gets good smell of herbs

  4. 4

    Add chicken stock and bamboos in to the pot let's boil.

  5. 5

    Add chicken stock powder, fish sauce and dills ,served hot with rice
