Ingredients

1 lbjumbo raw shrimp
1 boxgarlic couscous
2shallots, chopped
1 smallonion, chopped
1 tbspolive oil
3 tbspbutter
1/4 cupwhite wine
1salt and pepper to taste
2 clovegarlic, chopped

Steps

Prepare couscous according to package directions.

Saute onion and shallot in butter and oil. Add garlic and saute 1 minute.

Add wine and cook down to half. Add shrimp and cook until pink.

Plate shrimp over couscous. Pair with a chilled white wine.
