Mini salad bar using leftover lettuce from taco night Mini salad bar using leftover lettuce from taco night
For some reason I always have leftover lettuce whether it’s tacos or burgers , and i don’t like to waste anything so this is what i did with it. I simply just used whatever lunchmeat i had on hand and whatever fruits i had, was luckily enough to have eggs at the time so i added hard boiled eggs. Great fridge clean out idea. This got me 3-4 salads that we used for lunches for the week, my kids loved the idea of picking out their own topping like at a buffet. This now has become my favorite way to store and make salads. snackle time -

Taco Bake Taco Bake
I make a large casserole because my sons decimate this dish. With the chips it doesn't reheat very well. They just turn kind of soggy. If you don't need this much, only use half the ingredients. (If you don't want half a can of beans left over, you can just put the whole can in, it won't make much difference. Same with the taco seasoning.) Yarnjunkie -

Taco pinchies Taco pinchies
This is great for anyone who loves bread. Hubs and baby girl enjoyed them as well. I would additionally recommend adding a little salsa to the bread pre baking it tends to be a little dry.godlove803
