  • 4boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1lime
  • Kosher salt
  • Chili powder

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Rinse chicken well with cool water & place in broiler proof baking dish

  2. 2

    Season with kosher salt, chili powder & top with lime zest

  3. 3

    Place in broiler for 16 minutes, flipping chicken after 8 minutes.

  4. 4

    Serve with rice & enjoy!
