Ingredients

2 persons
  • 1medium size vanilla sponge cake cut into pieces
  • 1 cupassorted fruits
  • 1 cupvanilla custard
  • as neededSugar syrup for soaking
  • 1/2 cupWhipped Cream
  • as neededCherry for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    In a serving glass place layers of cake sponge cut into pieces.

  2. 2

    Then pour sugar syrup for soaking the cake.

  3. 3

    Add fruits over it.

  4. 4

    Pour prepared Vanilla custard over the fruits.

  5. 5

    Repeat the layers.

  6. 6

    Spread the whipped cream with the piping bag using star nozzle over it.

  7. 7

    Garnish with Cherry and Serve Cool.
