Ingredients

4 servings

1 lbsmoked sausage link
1 tbspgarlic
1 cuponion
1/3 cupscallions
110 oz can tomatoes
8 ozDry pasta
1/2 tspSalt and pepper
1 tbspolive oil
1 cupcheddar jack cheese
1/2 cupMilk or heavy cream
2 cupchicken broth

Saute sausage with onions and garlic in olive oil then add tomatoes, pasta, cream, broth and seasonings

Bring to boil, cover, and reduce heat to low. Simmer 15 min

Turn off heat and stir in 1/2 cup cheese. Sprinkle rest on top and cover for 5 min to melt. Top with scallions and serve
