Wash all veggies... Thinly slice all the veggies making sure to julienne just the root of the broccoli not the whole head.

Mix the olive oil and vinegar. slowly whisk in the sugar, add pesto, and mayonnaise to desired consistency... For a healthier dressing use half sour cream half mayo
