12 ozBeef Smoke Sausage
2 mediumcubed potatoes
2 tbspYour favorite steak sauce
1 tspliquid smoke
1/2 cupBell pepper cubed
1/2 cuponion cut into stripped

In crock pot, put in potatoes

Cut sausage into bite size. Layer on top of potatoes

Add the rest of the ingredients

Cook on low for 4 hrs. Stir and enjoy.
