Wash coriander leaves and chopped it finely.

In a wide bowl,add red chilli powder,turmeric powder,salt,sugar,seasame seeds,besan,curd and mix well.let this sit for 10 minutes

Now add atta and chopped coriander leaves.

Knead it with water.and keep aside for next 15 minutes

Take ot a medium lemon sized dough.

Roll it in medium size rotis,heat a griddle and cook the roties both the sides &drizzle little oil on it.

And your theplas are ready to eat with curd and pickle or with any vegetable curry
