Ek pan me ghee garam karein,daugh mese small size ke ball banake bich mese press karein,or slow flame par dono sides golden hone tak fry karein

Agar ghee jyada garam ho jaye to thodi der gas par se pan remove karein,or badme firse fry karein

Balushahi thodi thandi karein or fir warm chasni me 15 min.deep karein

Fir serving dish me nikalkar uper se chopped pista se garnish karein
