  1. 4Fresh Roma Tomatoes (washed)
  2. 4 ozFresh Sliced Buffalo Mozzarella
  3. 8Big Fresh Basil Leaves (washed)
  4. 6Sicilian Green Olives
  5. 4 sliceProsciutto
  6. 3 tbspExtra Virgin Olive Oil
  7. 1Cracked Black Pepper
  8. 2 1/2lbs salt

    Slice tomatoes and mozzarella

  2. 2

    Add basil to top of tomatoes and mozzarella

  3. 3

    Place olives and prosciutto next to other ingredients on a plate

  4. 4

    Drizzle EVOO over tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil

  5. 5

    Crack fresh black pepper over olive oil

  6. 6

    Serve cold & enjoy!
