Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgchicken
  2. Salt
  3. 2Knorr seasoning
  4. 2Onion
  5. 1/2 teaspoonThyme
  6. 1 teaspoonCurry
  7. 1 teaspoonDry pepper
  8. 1cksp groundnut oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil chicken for 9minutes with knorr seasoning,Thyme,Curry,Onion and salt.

  2. 2

    Drain the water/Stock

  3. 3

    Mix vegetable oil,Onion,dry pepper,Curry and thyme.

  4. 4

    Pour in the chicken and mix very well.

  5. 5

    Set the oven in 180• and place the chicken nicely.

  6. 6

    Grill for 1hour and enjoy.
