Pastels is a Brazillian snack with crispy outer cover and meat inside . But here is the new version, the veg version with paneer filling.
Steps

Mix all the ingredients for dough and make a soft dough using warm water and keep aside.

Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan and add ginger, garlic and chopper green chilli.

Sauté for 1 minute and add chopper onions and fry till they become translucent.

Add chopped tomatoes fry for 1 minute.

Add grated cottage cheese and sautè for 2-3 minutes and then add grated processed cheese and just mix it after switching off the flame.

Let it cool down to room temperature.

Take small balls of dough and roll it thin.

Fill the stuffing and make shapes like gujiya or mac puff and deep fry till golden brown.
