Black gram (kala chana) & green moong sprout kabab

Make sprout of moong by soaking overnight

There after drain the water

Tie in a cloth and hang in an airy place for 2 days

Soak black gram overnight

Boil black gram and sprouted moong (green gram) with 1 glass water in a pressure cooker along with Salt,both cardamom seeds,cinnamon,cloves, asafoetida garlic,ginger,black pepper corn for 3-4 whistles on medium heat

Let it cool, drain the water

Then grind it without any water

In a large mixing bowl take this paste

Add potatoes, half cup bread crumbs

Red chilli powder,coriander leaves, chaat masala and cumin powder

Mix well

Make patties and keep in a refrigirator for10-15 minutes

In a bowl make slurry with maida cornflour and water

Dip the patties in the slurry

Coat with remaining bread crumbs

Shallow fry in a non stick pan till brown in both sides

Enjoy with tea and any chutney
