Add the pineapple pulp and water

Let them cook for 20min on a medium flame

Now add sugar and lime juice

Let the mixture cook for 30minutes

Spoon the jam into a jar with a tight-fitting lid

Store it in the refrigerator for upto one or two weeks to use it.
