Add cooking oil in a preheated frying pan and brown the onions,add the rest ingredients

Season.

Meanwhile,simmer sossi soya beans,add and let them simmer for another 5 minutes stirring ocassionally.You may add athick sauce of your choice..

Remove,let cool and serve with ugali or desired starch and vegetables of your choice.
