Ingredients

  • 1cup maida
  • 1/2 cup dahi
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1 cupwater
  • 1/2 teaspoon kesar
  • . A square piece of cloth with a hole in it, or a plastic bag
  • .oil for deep frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the floor and dahi To from a thick smooth paste (dropping consistency) adding water if necessary. And leave too 5 to 6 hours time depending on the whether.

    The better is ready. It should be spongy and you should be able. To see the bubbles on the surface

    Make the sugar syrup by the dissolving sugar and cell phone in the water over low heat then cook over high heat till slightly thick.

    When this mixture is lifted with a spoon and poured back into the pan, it should fall in a smooth stream. Or when a drop of it is cooled a little price of between Thumb and forefinger apart, it should b thared like, keep warm, till you fry the jalebis.

    Hold the bag over the hot oil and pipe out swirl of the desired size streit in to it, make as many such around is come in comfortably without touching each other lower the heat to medium and turn the jalebis over and fry tell a light brown on a both sides

    Lift the fried jalebi drain out the oil and Put them into the sugar syrup them leave it for a minute or so and then again I lift it out.

    Ready to eat jalebis. hot serve.
