This is rajasthani dish.
Steps

First we made ghatte.for this we take a plate and add besan, salt,coriander leaves,cooking soda, 2 sp oil,red chilli powder one sp and make a hard dough with add some water.

Put kadai on the gas and add water for boiling.

Take a half besan dough in hands and long rolland cut in half inch pices.

Now add these ghatta in water for boiled.

Now switch off the gas after ten minutes.now take a one bowl,add butter milk and one bowl water stir as well.add two sp besan,salt,haldi, coriander powder,stir as well.

Put this kadi for boiling on the gas onthe medium flame.

When kadi is medium thick.then turn off the gas.

Now take a another small pan and add 1 sp oil,add jeera, curry leavesand green chilli and ted chilli powder.crackle the jeera and switch off the gas.

This chonk is spread over the ghatta kadi.

Enjoy with paratha and jeera rice.
