Cut Paneer & potatoes in small pieces.

Take one bowl. Add maida, wheat flour, rava and salt. Mix well. Make thin batter using water. Keep aside.

Heat 4-5 tsp oil in Kadhai. Add mustard seeds. When it crackles add Chana Dal. Roast till brown. Add onion. Saute it till translucent. Add ginger, garlic, green chilli, stir all. Now add Paneer, potatoes, cabbage and saute all. When all ingredients mixed well add red chilli powder, salt, Garam Masala, tomato ketchup. Mix well. Turn off gas.

Heat nonstick Tawa. Pour 2 tbsp maida batter. Spread in round shape. Drop some oil. Cook both sides till light brown.

Now spread tomato ketchup on inner side of pan cake. Place Paneer potatoes veggies on it & make roll. Wrap with aluminum foil. Serve hot. Enjoy Frankie.
