Ingredients

  • 2 canWhite Hominy
  • 2Bay leaves
  • 1 can(Big can) red enchilada sauce
  • 2 lbBeef stew meat(easier because it's pre-cut)
  • 1 eachXL chicken bouillon cube
  • 1 cupLime juice
  • 2 cupWater
  • 1Red Onion
  • 1 bunchCilantro
  • 1Cabbage
  • 1Lime

Steps

  1. 1

    Add first eight ingredients into crockpot after prepping half of red onion into quarters.

  2. 2

    Turn crock pot on high(4-5 hours) or low(7-8 hours). Add water as needed

  3. 3

    Cut remaining ingredients as a garnish for soup toppings.

  4. 4

    Enjoy!
