Ingredients

  • 1Boneless chicken
  • 1Favorite marinade
  • 1Galena Street Chicken and Rib Rub from Penzeys Spices ( or your favorite rub, homemade or store bought)

Steps

  1. 1

    Place chicken in container and add marinade and chill for several hours. I do this just for the extra flavor.

    Heat oven to 350 and place chicken on pan. Sprinkle and rub in Galena Street Rub.

    Bake till chicken juices are clear. I elevated my chicken so the juices didn't melt off the rub.
