Pre heat oven to 350° F

Lightly coat nuts and pumpkin seeds with cooking oil

Spread out on a cookie sheet and bake for 8 to 10 min.

Lightly salt if desired while hot then cool completely and mix with the rest of ingredients

Store covered in a air tight container
