Ingredients

  • 2 tbspHot Sauce (Tapatio, Cholula)
  • 2 tbspSweet BBQ Sauce (Darren's)
  • 2 tbspSweet Chili Sauce
  • 2 tbspPeperoncini Brine
  • 1 tbspDijon Mustard
  • 1 tbspWorcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tbspPrepared Horseradish
  • 1 tbspFish Sauce
  • 2 tspSriracha
  • 1 tspCrushed Garlic
  • 2 tspCelery Salt
  • 2 tspCracked Pepper
  • 2 tspSalt
  • 5 ozLemon Juice (about 2 lemons)
  • 3 ozLime Juice (about 2 limes)

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine ingredients in a small bowl. Use a hand mixer to blend all ingredients well.
    Makes about 2 cups of mix.

    Bloody mix:
    .25 cup mix
    1.5 cups tomato juice (Trader joe's garden patch juice; V8; Campbell's works too )

    OR combine:
    .25 cup of mix
    1 can of V8 (12 oz)

    Combine mix and juice in a mason jar. Best served fresh, but can be frozen for use within a few weeks.

    To make drank!
    1) Combine in a shaker:
    -glass full of ice
    -1.5 oz vodka
    -5 oz of bloody mix
    2) shake it, pour it, add fruities, make another!

  4. 4

    Garnish with a spear of 3-4 pickled things:
    I like to use a stuffed olive (blue cheese, garlic, etc.), hot wax pepper, green bean, asparagus, beets, okra, it varies..
