Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 kgChicken (I used chicken thighs)
  • 2onions, diced
  • 2 tbspminced garlic
  • 2 tbspground black pepper
  • 1/2 cupsoy sauce
  • 1/2 cupsweet chilli soy sauce (substitute with regular soy sauce if you cant find sweet chilli)
  • 1 cupwhite vinegar

Steps

  1. 1

    Rub minced garlic over chicken peices

  2. 2

    place chicken in slow cooker ontop of onions. cover in black pepper

    add soy sauce and vinegar

    slow cook for approx 4hours on high or 6/7hours on low. Serve with rice
