Ingredients

  1. 4eggs
  2. 1 bunchdiced kales
  3. 4tomatoes
  4. Salt
  5. Cooking oil
  6. 1onion

Cooking Instructions

    Break the eggs and whisk. Heat the pan with oil the add eggs.

  2. 2

    Let it cook then add onions the tomatoes.

  3. 3

    Add the salt and cook for a little while and let it cool.

  4. 4

    Add onions in another cooking pot and heat.

  5. 5

    Add 2 tomatoes and then add kales.

  6. 6

    Cover well to cook for 5 mins then remove from heat

  7. 7

    Serve with brown Ugali
