Dad's Chili
Easy uncomplicated chili recipe my dad uses. Simple yet delicious.
Steps

Cook ground chuck in large skillet with 2/3 cup if water till done and most of water has evaporated.

Add black beans, tomatos and onions.

Add chili mix and stir to combine.
- 4
Let simmer uncovered for 15-20 minutes.
- 5
Add beer and let simmer fir another 5 minutes.
- 6
Serve over bed of taters or crackers (whichever you prefer) and spinkle raw onions and cheese on top.
