Baked Crab Fries

My daughter loves Chickie&Pete's crab fries. We don't live close to one, so this is how we make them at home.
Baked Crab Fries
My daughter loves Chickie&Pete's crab fries. We don't live close to one, so this is how we make them at home.
Steps
- 1
Preheat oven at 425
- 2
Thoroughly wash and dry potatoes
- 3
Slice potatoes into strips, I leave the skins on
- 4
On baking sheet, toss with olive oil and Old Bay (be generous with seasoning!)
- 5
Arrange on pan with plenty of space between fries, use another pan if necessary, sprinkle with salt
- 6
Bake 30-45 minutes, depending on how you like them (we like them a little crispy), give another dash of Old Bay after baking for extra flavor if you like
