  • 2 mediumrusset potatoes
  • 4red jalapeños
  • 2green jalapeños
  • 1 mediumonion
  • 1oil for frying

    chop onion into course pieces

  2. 2

    slice jalapenos, remove seeds for less heat

  3. 3

    cut potatoes into fries

  4. 4

    heat oil to 375°F

  5. 5

    fry peppers, onion, and potatoes until potatoes are golden

  6. 6

    drain, serve immediately while hot.

  7. 7

    for an extra treat, top with chili and cheese
