Ingredients

  1. 1 cupGinger Ale
  2. 1 boxvanilla cake mix
  3. 10 ozfrozen raspberries
  4. 1 canraspberry pie filling
  5. 1/4 tbspmelted butter
  6. 1 boxgraham cracker mix
  7. 3 tspsugar
  8. 1 packagesAndes mints
  9. 1 tspmint syrup
  10. 1 canvanilla frosting

Cooking Instructions

    Spray bottom of 9x13 pan with no-stick cooking spray

  2. 2

    In a medium bowl mix: graham cracker crust, sugar, melted butter. Mix together until they are packed together

    Layer bottom of the pan with crust. Firmly press with hand or utensil

  4. 4

    Layer bottom of pan with can of raspberry pie filling

    In another medium bowl add the cake mix, ginger ale. Beat until smooth

  6. 6

    Once batter is thick, add 1/2 of the 10oz raspberries and about 10 Andes mints with a tsp of mint syrup. Mix well. Batter should turn a pinkish color

    After you mixed the batter. Pour it over the raspberry filling and place in oven at 350°F

    Wait 30 min

    After cake batter is baked allow to cool for 15 min. To speed up cooling, place in fridge for 10-15 min.

    After cake is cooled, spread frosting on the cake and put back in oven for 10 min. (This will give the melted frosting a glazed look)

    Drizzle the raspberry juice over the frosting and place raspberries scattered over

  12. 12

    Place back in fridge for 20 min to allow the frosting to harden
