Cooking Instructions

First soak the daal for half hour.

Now take a pan and put onthe gas and add two sp oil add daal with water and cooked onthe slow flame.

After ten minutes chech the daal with hands.when daal cooked then add all masalas and switch off the gas.put it one side.

Now made a hard dough of maida and besan adding salt and two sp oil moin and little water.

Now take a dough and do bowl shape with hands and put daal stuffing between it and make all kachori.

Put oil in the kadai and switch on the gas.now deep fry all kachori untill light brown on the medium flame.

Now take a deep bowl and add curd.do the grind with hand mixture.

Add kachori then spread salt, bhuna jeera pd, black pepper powder,red chatni and green chatni.

Serve chilled and enjoy.
