Combine all the ingredients for numbing chilli salt and grind fine in a blender. Store in air tight container.

Cut potatoes length wise as required for french fries. Place in cold water until needed.

Heat oil for frying. Drain potatoes and pat well with a towel. Fry until golden.

Toss with chilli salt. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
