  • 1 1/2 lbshrimp and scallops.
  • 1 1/4 bunchcilantro
  • 1/4 sliceonion, red, yellow and green peppers.
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1 dashcracked black pepper
  • 1 cuplemon and lime juice.

    Mix all ingredients together and put in the bottom of refrigerator for 3 hours. After 3hrs remove from fridge spoon into your favorite dish and garnish with a plantain chip and ENJOY. .
