Ingredients

  1. 1aloe vera juice
  2. 1juice of 1 lemon
  3. 1apple juice
  4. 1vitamin juice
  5. 1apple
  6. 1orange
  7. 7 largestrawberries
  8. 1pear
  9. 120 gramsfrozen red currants
  10. 120 gramsfrozen raspberries
  11. 1cress
  12. 1ice cubes

Cooking Instructions

10 mins
  1. 1

    Cut the fruit into small pieces

  2. 2

    Stir everything together and blend until all smooth

  3. 3

    To serve, add some more cress and ice cubes
