Steps

Heat Ghee in a kadhai.

Add mustard seeds, green chillies and allow to sputter.

Add curry leaves, onion and stir for a few seconds.

Add chopped veggies and cook until veggies r tender.Add turmeric powder, salt and mix gently.cook for another 10-15 minutes.

Add soaked poha. Mix very well.

If poha looks too dry add a few tbsps of water and continue cooking. Remove from heat and add lemon juice and chopped Coriander leaves.

Mix well and serve hot.
