Ingredients

  • 4 piecechicken legs
  • 2 tspbutter
  • 4 clovegarlic
  • 1 pieceonion, chopped
  • 1 piececarrot, medium size, cut into chunk
  • 1 piecepotato, medium size,cut into chunk
  • 1 piecebell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1curry powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 1/2 cupcoconut milk

Steps

  1. 1

    Saute garlic and onion.Add chicken

  2. 2

    Put the coconut milk.simmer for 5mins with constant stirring to avoid curding of coconut milk

  3. 3

    Add the vegetable to the pan, then add the curry powder.simmer until meat is tender. Salt and pepper to taste.
