Ingredients

35minutes
  1. 500 gPenne Pasta
  2. 500 gbeans
  3. 1/2 cupgroundnut oil
  4. Tomato puree
  5. Salt
  6. And cooking water

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil Penne Pasta in salted water for 10 minutes. Add some tablespoons of oil. Check if it is cooked and set aside.

  2. 2

    Ensure beans if well picked. Was and set aside.

  3. 3

    Heat pressure pot. Add oil, Tomato puree. Check taste and beans and fry. Add some of the Penne Pasta water. Check taste. Cover pressure pot and cook for 20-25minutes.

  4. 4

    Allow to rest for 5minutes and then serve. Drizzle some oil ontop of both the Penne Pasta and the Ewa Iyogin.
