Ingredients

  1. 9large potatoes
  2. Oil
  3. Parsley
  4. Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash, peel and rewash the potatoes.

  2. 2

    Slice the potatoes into 1cm dice.

  3. 3

    Fry in hot shallow oil and till golden brown.

  4. 4

    Put in a plate and add salt.

  5. 5

    Serve sprinkled with parsley.
