Meat balls with chicken liver

I was looking for something that used chicken livers, and this seemed like a good choice. So far, it is. The meatballs can be used in many different things.
I must add a disclaimer at this point. I suck at forming, and making attractive meatballs, but it usually doesn't affect taste. So although not the perfect spheres, they still taste great. And i like that meatballs can be used in many different ways.

Steps
- 1
Preheat oven to 425F
- 2
Add ground meat to bowl, I'm using turkey 73/27, but i think pork tastes better.
- 3
Fine dice your onion, add to meat
- 4
Small cut your chicken livers, and add to bowl
- 5
Chop herbage, add to bowl
- 6
Add the rest of the ingredients to bowl
- 7
Mix well, if to loose (wet) add more bread crumbs until you can make a ball
- 8
Make golf ball size balls, keep your hands wet.
- 9
Place on cookie sheet, bake until done, 17-20 minutes
- 10
Then what? Use how you want, pasta, soup, sandwiches, I'm adding some to a soup tonight, freezing the rest for later.
